I have been in real estate since 2006, and in the housing industry since 1991. I take pride in putting my years of education and experience to use when helping you sell your current home or find your next special place. My years in the mortgage business give me unique insight and knowledge to expertly help buyers navigate the purchase process.

My husband and I bought our first rental property in 1993, and I have worked with many landlords and investors through the years with rentals, rehabs, and helping them build their portfolio of passive income streams.

I have been a foreclosure listing agent for HUD, Fannie Mae, WHEDA, Caliber, Suntrust, and other banks for 15 years and have specialized experience in finding, researching, and closing on REO properties.

I am a long time Fox Valley resident, and my family has been in the area for a century. I know the area in depth, and am dedicated to making our communities a better place to live and work. I have been involved with numerous local charities like COTS, BABES, and Operation Cinderella. I have also been active in supporting Habitat for Humanity for 30 years. I am a mother to two wonderful sons, and a wife to my amazing husband Hercules for 29 years. Our family has deep roots in the US Military, and I am proud and honored to work with military members and their families.
